4. Stretch:

A great stretch you must do on a regular basis is the calf stretch: stand approximately two feet from a wall. Now, step the right foot forward, and put the ball of the foot on the wall while keeping the heel on the ground. Hold this position for fifteen to twenty seconds; repeat with the other leg.
