Cracked Heels

In winter, the skin loses moisture and becomes very dry. If left untreated, the skin splits and fissures develop. If these fissures get infected, it can be quite painful and can lead to other complications. Moisturizing your feet every day with an effective, concentrated moisturizer can prevent and treat this condition.

Raynaud’s phenomenon

This condition is usually triggered by the cold. It mostly affects women. In people suffering from this condition, a constriction of the capillaries results in decreased blood flow to the fingers, ears, toes, nipples, knees, or nose. This in turn leads to numbness, color change, and pain. Prevent this uncomfortable condition by wearing warm socks and gloves.

Fungal Problems

Wearing damp socks or shoes can cause fungal problems. This can be avoided by ensuring that you dry your feet thoroughly after removing your footwear.
